Gabee /gabi:/(咖啡,가비) is an archaic word in Korean that refers to coffee.

My journey in the coffee world started in 2000, importing HASGARANTİ machines to South Korea.

As the coffee market in Korea was growing, I discovered a passion for teaching and decided to dedicate my time to training the next generation of roasters and baristas. Some of my students would go on to compete in the Korean Barista Championship and later join the World Barista Championship. I am actively involved as a Coffee Roasting consultant to the Korea Coffee Association to this day.

My philosophy regarding roasting coffee is to preserve natural flavors and enhance distinctive characteristics from each origin. Gabee Coffee uses 100% certified organic coffee beans and roasts them in-house, allowing us to maintain the freshness, taste, and aroma of our beans.

We have a rotating selection of unique single origin beans from renowned growers across the world, including Hacienda La Esmeralda Panama Geisha, in addition to our staple Signature Espresso Blend.

At our Boulder location we serve a traditional Italian coffee menu in addition to non-caffeinated drinks and tea-based refreshers using natural ingredients.

We are also trying to introduce high-end specialty coffee culture to the community in Boulder as a member of the Specialty Coffee Association. 

Ultimately, I want every single customer to walk away with a great cup of coffee, and be able to experience the passion and heart that I put into this craft.
