Roaster Ho Young, Q Grader Hyo Jung, and Barista Yuri — together, we run a small specialty coffee lab called GABEE COFFEE.

It all began with a single cup of coffee. During our travels, we stumbled upon a roastery café that completely changed our lives. Captivated by the depth and charm of coffee, we decided to embark on a journey that would revolve around this incredible beverage.

We started in Korea, running a roastery café where we poured our passion into every cup. From there, we expanded to Singapore and Australia, learning from and contributing to the unique coffee cultures in each region. Finally, we arrived in the United States, where we established GABEE COFFEE in Boulder, Colorado.

Boulder is a place where nature and community come together harmoniously, making it the perfect home for our vision of specialty coffee. Here, we combine fresh, high-quality beans with precise roasting techniques to deliver an authentic specialty coffee experience. GABEE COFFEE is more than just a café; it’s a space where coffee lovers can gather, connect, and be inspired.
