Four Generations of Tradition: Crafted by the Lamastus family, who have pioneered high-altitude specialty coffee in Panama since 1918.
Exceptional Terroir: Grown under a native tree canopy within a private reserve inside Volcan Baru National Park, a protected habitat for exotic species like the Quetzal and Jaguar. Zero insecticides or herbicides are used.
Washed Elegance: Hand-picked at peak maturity by native Ngöbe-Buglé harvesters, carefully milled, and aged for 60–100 days on wooden floors for an exceptionally clean and balanced cup.
